Aluminum die casting inspection rules
A chemical composition
1.1 alloy chemical composition of test methods, inspection rules and reverification shall comply with GB/T15115 requirements.
1.2 Chemical composition of the sample can be taken from the casting , it must meet the requirements of GB/T15115 .
2 Mechanical Properties
2.1 Mechanical properties test methods, inspection frequency and inspection rules should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T15115 .
2.2 using die-casting body as a sample , the cut parts of the size , the test in the form agreed upon by both parties .
3 die casting geometry test can test bulk sampling or GB2828, GB2829 provisions of , the test results shall comply with the provisions of the standard 3.3 .
4 die casting surface quality of factory inspection shall be by piece inspection, test results shall comply with the provisions of the standard .
5 die casting surface roughness by GB/T6060.1 regulations.
6 die casting needs polishing surface by GB / T 6060.4 of the regulations.
7 die castings require blasting , sandblasting the surface processing by GB / T 6060.5 of the regulations.
8 die casting internal quality test methods and inspection rules may include : X -ray photographs , nondestructive testing, metallurgical casting pictures and profiles , etc., the test results shall comply with the requirements of 3.4.6 of this standard .
